We’re hiring: Rider Recruitment & Fleet Workforce Manager
24/7 Pharmacy is expanding across premium residential locations in Mumbai, and we are building a dependable local medicine delivery workforce.
This is an HR + recruiter + field workforce execution role. We need someone who can hire riders, maintain attendance discipline, build a backup rider pool, manage shift planning and coordinate daily delivery manpower with store teams.
Role focus:
Rider recruitment
Candidate sourcing and follow-ups
Interview and trial coordination
Joining and onboarding
Attendance tracking
Shift planning
Backup rider pool creation
Rider replacements
Delivery discipline
SLA coordination
Safety compliance
COD discipline
Coordination with pharmacy/store teams
The ideal candidate has experience in delivery operations, quick commerce, logistics, courier operations, last-mile delivery, retail delivery, or field workforce recruitment.
