Role Description
We are hiring a Rider Cluster Manager for the Pune Division in a hybrid role. The Rider Cluster Manager will oversee daily operations, manage rider teams, and ensure timely deliveries to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing delivery routes, addressing rider concerns, and improving operational efficiency. The role also involves recruitment, training, and retention of riders while fostering a positive work environment. This is a full-time position requiring the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely as needed.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate large rider teams effectively.
- Operations and Logistics: Experience in route optimization, performance monitoring, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for identifying operational issues and implementing impactful solutions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle rider concerns, communicate clearly, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Flexibility and Time Management: Capacity to work in a fast-paced, hybrid setup and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Relevant Industry Experience: Familiarity with logistics or e-commerce operations and prior experience in a similar managerial role is a plus.
Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
