About the role
RideNow Powersports-Tallahassee is looking for a reliable and motivated Marine Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the repairs on marine craft.
Marine Technician responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and make recommendations for service and/or repair
- Perform diagnostics and repairs of all types on marine engines and equipment;
- Perform quality control of repairs done by any technician at service department;
- Ensure all repairs are done according to manufacturers’ guidelines, safety procedures and company policies;
- Attend training seminars and certification classes as needed;
- Be a mentor for aspiring but less experienced technicians;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
