Engineering Intern

Ridecell's internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience in software development, product engineering, DevOps, QA, data analysis, and more. Selected interns will work in a hybrid setup, requiring physical presence in Pune during specific phases of the internship. Applicants must currently be pursuing or have recently completed one of the following degrees: BE / BTech – Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields BSc / BCA – Information Technology, Computer Science MSc / MCA / MTech – Preferred for specialized roles Final-year students can apply with expected graduation details included. Ridecell values collaboration and mentorship. To make the most of this internship, selected candidates must be open to: Relocating to Pune for the internship duration. Participating in in-office onboarding, workshops, and critical meetings. Following a hybrid schedule: ~2-3 days/week in office, rest remote. Depending on the team, your work may include: Developing full-stack web and mobile applications Working on microservices and scalable backend architectures Data pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) Fleet automation & telematics integration QA automation and test coverage enhancement Learning Outcomes: Agile software development lifecycle experience Use of Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes Exposure to real-world projects impacting thousands of users Access to mentorship by Ridecell's engineering leadership
