You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. <br><br>Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.<br><strong><br>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong>

<li>Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.</li>
<li>Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.</li>
<li>Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.</li>
<li>Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.</li>
</ul><div><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li>
<li>Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Bilingual Spanish preferred.</li>
