Summary:
The Graphic Designer will support a wide range of creative and marketing initiatives across print, digital, social media, advertising, events, merchandise, and brand campaigns. Essential Functions:
- Design creative assets for; social media campaigns, digital ads and display banners, website graphics and web page layouts, billboards and out-of-home advertising, print advertising and collateral, promotional items, merchandise and swag, event materials and signage, motion graphics and animation creative, internal marketing and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership on campaign concepts and creative execution.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign development.
- Support ongoing website and digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist with photography, video, and content production projects as needed.
- Explore and incorporate AI-assisted creative tools and workflows into the design process.
- Design print brochures, promotional collateral, signage, merchandise visuals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: marketing strategies, intake team, event organizers, agencies, content/SEO leads.
- Optimize visual content for web/SEO (file size, alt-text, accessibility).
- Manage content calendars and deliverables to meet deadlines and campaign plans.
- Provide creative input and guidance for events, activations, traditional and digital plans.
- Stay current on design, AI, and social media tends and tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
