Richard Design Services (RDS) is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator.
Position Summary:
RICHARD is seeking a responsible and highly skilled HR Coordinator with strong experience in Recruiting and Benefits. This position supports the human resources department with administrative and operational tasks. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment to primarily support benefits administration and recruiting efforts, while supporting the broader HR processes and compliance.
Responsibilities:
* Full-Cycle support for recruiting: Manage Job postings, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
* Benefits: Support employees with their benefits, process qualifying life event changes, support annual open enrollment, and assist in tracking and documenting FMLA, STD, LTD and any other leave of absence requests
* HRIS maintenance: Assist in updating employee records and data entry
* Maintain personnel files in accordance with federal and state labor laws
* Coordinate employee engagement activities
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field preferred
* 3-5 years of experience in HR, with recruiting and benefits experience highly preferred.
* Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work well with a team and maintain confidentiality
* Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), ATS, HRIS, and Power BI preferred
Work Environment
* This position is located at the RICHARD office in Beaumont, TX, and is an in-office position in an administrative office setting, and the employee will need to communicate with others in person, over the phone, and through email.
