We are looking for a Proposal Writing Associate to support Proposal & Pursuit Strategy team. If you have a flair for writing, attention to detail, and enjoy transforming complex ideas into clear, client-focused content—this opportunity is for you.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Develop, write, edit, and format high-quality proposal responses (RFPs, RFIs, RFx)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and craft compelling content
- Ensure proposals are compliant, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
- Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency
- Support preparation of presentations and sales collateral
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong command of English (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Word & PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
