Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an RFP Response Writer. The individual will be responsible for creating high-quality, compelling, and compliant responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other business development documents. Key tasks include writing proposals, gathering technical and cost-related information, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all submissions align with company standards and objectives. The role also emphasizes adhering to deadlines, maintaining consistency, and tailoring content to address client needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in RFP, RFQ, and RFI technical writing, along with exceptional written communication and content development skills
- Proposal strategy, compliance documentation, and editing expertise
- Detail-oriented writing, proofreading, and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and quality
- Collaboration and project coordination skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with proposal software tools
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
