Job Title: RFID Solutions Product Engineer / RFID Solution Engineer
Location: Bhiwandi Mumbai

About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled RFID Solution Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RFID systems, IoT solutions, product development, testing, validation, deployment, and technical solution design. The candidate will work closely with product engineering teams to design, develop, validate, and implement RFID-based solutions for customers across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RFID-based solutions based on customer and business requirements.
- Participate in product development activities for RFID hardware and software solutions.
- Validate and test RFID products, including readers, antennas, handheld devices, RFID tunnels, and related systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for feature validation, troubleshooting, and product enhancements.
- Conduct system-level testing and integration of RFID solutions with software applications and backend services.
- Support deployment, commissioning, and implementation of RFID projects at customer locations.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution architecture, test reports, and deployment guidelines.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Work on IoT integrations, communication protocols, and device connectivity as required.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, sales, and customer support.
Required Skills Experience
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in RFID technology, RFID solutions, or related Auto-ID/AIDC systems.
- Strong understanding of RFID hardware components including RFID Readers, Antennas, Handheld Devices, RFID Printers, RFID Tags, and RFID Tunnel Systems.
- Experience in RFID solution design, testing, validation, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical RFID-based solutions.
- Experience in product development, feature validation, product testing, and deployment support.
- Knowledge of RFID communication workflows, EPC standards, and RFID data capture processes.
- Experience in integration testing between RFID hardware, software applications, and backend services.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and device communication.
- Familiarity with RFID deployment, commissioning, and on-site implementation activities.
- Ability to analyze technical issues and coordinate with software and hardware teams for resolution.
- Experience in preparing technical documentation, test reports, and deployment guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Instrumentation, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with RFID-based inventory management, asset tracking, warehouse automation, retail automation, or loss prevention solutions.
- Exposure to RFID software applications, middleware, and hardware integration projects.
- Experience working in product-oriented environments involving RFID solution development and implementation.
