Job Title: RFC Operator
Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and skilled RFC Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain RFC-related machinery/equipment during production. The person will ensure smooth machine operation, proper product quality, safety compliance, and timely reporting of any breakdowns or issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate RFC machine/equipment as per SOP and production plan.
- Check machine settings before starting production.
- Monitor machine performance during operations.
- Ensure product quality as per company standards.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness around the machine area.
- Record daily production, wastage, downtime, and machine issues.
- Inform the supervisor immediately in case of breakdown, leakage, abnormal noise, or quality issue.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Follow safety rules, PPE guidelines, and factory discipline.
- Ensure minimum wastage of raw material, packaging material, water, and utilities.
- Support line changeover, cleaning, and startup activities.
- Follow FIFO, batch coding, and production documentation requirements.
- Maintain proper handover between shifts.
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining proper records and cleanliness.
Required Skills
- Basic machine operation knowledge.
- Understanding of production and quality standards.
- Ability to identify machine issues and report them on time.
- Basic reading and writing skills for maintaining records.
- Discipline, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts.
Qualification
Preferred: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production-related field.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in food, beverage, FMCG, bottling, packaging, or manufacturing industry preferred.
