RF Network Planning & Deployment Engineer Location: Noida, UP, India (On-site/Hybrid) Experience: 4–10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are hiring an RF Network Planning & Deployment Engineer to lead RF design, site surveys, and deployment of 4G/5G small cell and private 5G networks across smart city, industrial, and government use cases. This role combines planning field execution , ensuring strong RF performance in real-world environments. Key Responsibilities Plan RF coverage & capacity for LTE / 5G (Sub-6 GHz) networks Perform link budget, propagation modelling, and interference analysis Design small cell deployments (indoor/outdoor) Conduct site surveys, installation, and commissioning Execute drive tests / walk tests and optimize network performance Analyses KPIs ( RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, throughput ) and improve coverage Prepare RF design, deployment, and optimization reports Collaborate with customers, government agencies, and internal teams Requirements Required Skills Experience in RF planning & deployment (LTE/5G) Proficiency in tools like Atoll / Asset / Planet Strong knowledge of 3GPP technologies (LTE, NR, NB-IoT) Hands-on with drive test tools (TEMS, NEMO) Expertise in link budget & propagation models (COST-231, ITU-R) Good understanding of antenna systems (MIMO, beam forming) Good to Have Experience in private 5G / enterprise networks Knowledge of back haul (microwave, fiber, mmWave) Exposure to network synchronization (PTP, GPS) Familiarity with O-RAN architecture Basic scripting ( Python / MATLAB ) Benefits Why JoinUs Work on next-gen 5G & smart city deployments Exposure to India government & large-scale network projects High ownership in a deep-tech engineering environment Competitive compensation
