As a Junior Product Engineer (S1/S2) for Wireless Products and RF Components, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and market needs. This dynamic position blends technical expertise with marketing acumen, allowing you to drive business growth by shaping strategies for wireless communication modules and RF components. You will be the key interface between customers, product development teams, and sales, with a special focus but not limited to IoT, automotive and telecom applications. The role involves travelling across India to promote Murata products and offering crucial technical support to ensure successful integration and certification of customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research for MIE focused applications for communication modules.
- Promote Murata’s RF components across industries, while also addressing diverse use cases in other wireless communication and verticals
- Drive the adoption of RFID products, including specialized products
- Collaborate with sales to guide opportunities from lead generation to order placement.
- Work with MES team (SPR210) closely to unify marketing activities in ASEAN India region.
- Work with IC partners and internal teams to tailor regional and customer-specific strategies.
- Provide market insights to the product team with MES team.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right components based on their requirements.
- Help translate functional needs into technical specifications.
- Offer guidance to customers on RF components and their characteristics.
- Provide first-level support for product integration, certification (FCC, CE), and troubleshooting.
Collaboration & Relationship Management:
- Work closely with the application engineering team to implement customer use cases.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer engagement from initial contact through to purchase.
- Coordinate with IC players to tailor solutions based on customer and market feedback.
Qualifications:
· Education : B.E or B. Tech in Electronics or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in wireless technologies and products.
- Mandatory experience with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth; experience with LPWAN, UWB, and radar is preferred.
- Strong understanding of RF components and RFID solutions.
- Marketing experience in the tech industry, with a focus on promoting wireless modules and RF components to the automotive, IoT, and telecom sectors.
- Familiarity with microprocessor and microcontroller platforms.
- Good understanding of bus protocols like UART, USB, SDIO, PCIe
- Knowledge of wireless product certifications (FCC, CE, etc.).
