Purpose of the Role:
As a FPO - Operations Analyst, you'll research real estate properties, validate order and sales contract information, and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems. You'll provide support throughout the order lifecycle, collect and consolidate HOA data, and maintain the HOA database while meeting monthly targets and managing urgent properties.
Core Responsibilities:
● Research various real estate properties and collaborate directly with clients, counterparties, and internal Rexera teams like Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management..
● Review and validate order and sales contract information (order forms, agreements, POs,
approvals) for completeness and accuracy, following processing SLAs and booking policies.
● Ensure the accuracy of booked orders, including order, sales contract, and sales account data, in CRM/Workflow systems.
● Provide operational support to sales and other teams throughout the order lifecycle.
● Collect and consolidate HOA data from online research and calls into workflow systems.
● Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure the accuracy of releases.
● Maintain and organize the HOA database, and handle daily linkups as per project requirements.
● Meet monthly targets and complete urgent properties on time.
● End-to-end operations handling
Essential Skills (Technical Skills):
● Strong communication skills in English.
● Strong understanding of CRM and workflow systems.
● Well-versed in Google Sheets, Excel, and Word.
● Attention to detail and accuracy.
● Dedicated to customer service, diversity, equality, and inclusion.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Desired Skills:
● Ability to effectively manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their needs.
● Strong negotiation abilities to reach favorable outcomes in client and team interactions.
● Skilled in understanding and addressing client and team concerns with empathy and insight.
Education and Experience:
● Relevant experience in real estate, finance, or title companies is preferred.
● Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
