You'll get to know all the departments involved and familiarize yourself with the operational processes and roles through specialist and management-specific training. You will gain initial management responsibility by taking on shift management roles, where you will focus on shift planning and leading the team. Regular feedback on your personal development is never neglected. Phase 2: Deepening and strategic leadership - Your accumulated knowledge is put to use. Through in-depth assignments in the goods receiving/provisioning and goods issue departments, you will strengthen your understanding of processes. Your focus will be on internal networking, which paves the way for successful collaboration. Intensive training, including in Lean Management, will help you implement cross-departmental process improvement projects. To develop your leadership skills, you will act as deputy head of teams and departments at your location. Phase 3: strategic alignment and corporate management – ​​the final building blocks for success. In the final phase, we will prepare you thoroughly for the role of warehouse manager. You'll get started with strategic planning. Budget management, performance monitoring, and goal achievement will be your daily companions. Participation in company-wide projects allows you to build a strong network through site visits and meetings with other managers. Training and one-on-one coaching sessions on individual development areas provide you with the perfect foundation for selecting and implementing your final project. A project presentation, feedback, and follow-up on your traineeship round out your journey.
