Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Chief of Staff with a strong background from a premier academic institution and extensive professional experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is designed for a strategic thinker and problem solver who will work directly with the leadership team to support decision-making, drive key projects, and ensure organizational alignment across all business functions. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor to the Founder, streamlining operations and executing company strategy.Key Responsibilities:·      Work closely with the Founder and executive team to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring effective execution of key business priorities.·      Provide high-level administrative and operational support, including coordinating executive communications and preparing reports, presentations, and briefings.·      Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.·      Act as a liaison between the Founder and senior leadership team, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows.·      Manage and track high-priority projects, providing updates to stakeholders and identifying any issues that could affect timelines or deliverables.·      Assist in decision-making processes by providing thorough analysis, research, and insights on various business initiatives.·      Oversee the preparation for key meetings, ensuring agendas are well-structured and aligned with strategic objectives.·      Lead and manage special projects that require the Founder’s attention, ensuring these are completed on time and with precision.·      Represent the Founder in internal and external meetings when required, ensuring that the company’s goals are well communicated and understood.·      Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.Qualifications:·      Master’s degree from a top-tier university (IIM, ISB, Ivy League, or equivalent). MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.·      5-12 years of experience in a strategy, consulting, or operational leadership role, preferably in a fast-growing company or a highly dynamic environment.·      Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes.·      Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize complex information and make strategic recommendations.·      Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely to senior leadership.·      Experience working closely with C-suite executives, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.·      Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with competing priorities.Personal Attributes:·      High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.·      Proactive, results-oriented, and driven by a desire to exceed expectations.·      Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.·      Attention to detail, with strong organizational and project management capabilities.Why Join Reward360?
