Engage with client stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize Salesforce-related business requirements
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and flows
Analyze existing Salesforce implementations and recommend improvements to architecture, data models, and processes
Support Sales Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud implementations — including lead management, opportunity pipelines, forecasting, and territory management
Conduct gap analyses and prepare solution design documentation for client engagements
Collaborate with Salesforce developers (where applicable) to deliver complex customizations
Manage data migration and data quality initiatives within Salesforce
Create user training materials and deliver training sessions for client teams
