We manage complex, multi-workstream RevOps engagements for clients and need a strong delivery leader to ensure projects are executed with precision, on time, and with measurable impact.
The RevOps Project Delivery Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of RevOps and GTM projects for RevX clients. You will be the connective tissue between our internal specialists (RevOps engineers, HubSpot/Salesforce analysts, paid media, and AI teams) and our clients — ensuring clarity, accountability, and delivery excellence across all engagements.
What You'll Do
Own project delivery across multiple RevOps and GTM client engagements simultaneously
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans in collaboration with internal teams and clients
Lead client-facing kickoffs, weekly syncs, and QBRs — maintaining strong relationships and executive-level communication
Coordinate across internal team members (HubSpot analysts, Salesforce BAs, AI engineers, ads team) to ensure seamless execution
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers — and drive resolution before they impact delivery
Build and maintain project documentation, SOPs, status reports, and handoff materials
Track project health, KPIs, and outcomes; escalate where necessary
Drive continuous improvement in RevX's delivery processes, templates, and project frameworks
Onboard new clients and manage their transition into active engagements smoothly
