Founding Product Manager

We're now hiring a Founding Product Manager to help us build the operating system for AI-led revenue. This role is not for the faint-hearted - you'll be building AI agents that research, qualify, pitch, call, and close, while also shaping the orchestration layer that ties it all together. What You'll Do: Own and evolve the core product roadmap across AI agents and platform infrastructure Architect modular, intelligent revenue agents across lead scoring, cold-calling, WhatsApp engagement, email qualification, and CRM integration Design intuitive UX flows that sales and marketing leaders can adopt instantly - no manual needed Build or integrate systems (APIs, CRMs, LLM frameworks, data providers) for agent performance Be the bridge between Engineering, GTM, and Design - and make fast, high-conviction product calls Shape the internal product culture, systems, and rituals from Day 1 You Should Have: 5+ years in product management roles (ideally in SaaS, MarTech, or AI), with ownership of zero-to-one and/or high-scale product experiences Deep comfort with technical systems - APIs, cloud infra, backend architecture, LLM ops, or agentic frameworks Obsession with speed, clarity, and outcomes - this is not a "prioritize a backlog" role; it's about building for performance An intuitive feel for GTM - you understand real sales/marketing use cases and how AI can automate them High trust, high bias for action, and a builder mindset Why Revspot?
