Revolution Cannabis is hiring a process driven Manufacturing Lead to support all aspects of manufacturing, which includes but is not limited to flower weighing, pre-roll production, labeling and order processing. The Manufacturing Lead will coach and motivate their team to attain production targets while maintaining Revolution’s highest quality standards. The Manufacturing Lead will monitor quality, production level and ensure regulatory compliance while taking corrective action in real time when necessary.
Essential Functions:

- Observe all safety practices and guidelines while executing tasks in order to provide a safe work environment for our employees.
- Train and coach employees in all aspects of their job to attain Revolution Quality Standards.
- Created and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
- Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies and reorder supplies when necessary.
- Oversee day to day filling, packaging, and labeling of finished goods.
- Check and document product(s) in and out of the vault to fill orders.
- Build system of checks and balances to ensure rigorous quality and documentation integrity.
- Adhere to all internal procedures (SOP/GMP) and external regulations.
- Direct and plan workflow(s)based on labor/time and automation constraints.
- Immediately report and document all planned and unplanned SOP deviations.
- Embrace all changes to approaches and SOPs per management directives.
- Capture production process data to establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Assist with dimensional/visual/physical quality inspections at multiple process points.
- Work with Quality assurance to identify and document any non-conforming products.
- Aid in return, reject and customer complaint root cause investigations.
- Follow all rules of conduct regarding proprietary information and processes.
- Maintain all equipment and supplies in a sanitary, safe, and organized manner.
- Calibrate equipment (scales etc.) daily, document and report needed repairs/tag-outs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education/Experience:
- Positive attitude, ability to follow directions, and desire to learn.
- High School Diploma or some college.
- 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a regulated industry (food/pharmaceutical).
- Prior exposure to QA/QC constraints including sensory/physical and spec. matching.
- Enterprise Resource Planning experience as an end user is preferred.
- A history of working under output goal pressure is ideal.
- Prior participation in a growing business or manufacturing department is highly favored.
- Cannabis industry experience and or special insight/knowledge is a plus.

Additional Requirements:
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must possess valid state ID.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain state badging requirements in order to work in the cannabis industry (requires background check and state review).
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:
With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to perform effectively all essential functions. In addition to other demands, the demands of the job include:
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
- Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks.
- Must be able to speak at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise).
- Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions.
- Must be able to tolerate strong smells and temperature variations.
- Constantly exposed to moderate background noise due to environmental systems, equipment, and fans.
- Must be able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, or humid conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater).
- Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as: reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions.
