We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Intern to help us solve the toughest problems in our global fintech. Someone to roll up their sleeves and dive into every area of our business to help millions of customers worldwide. If you're in your penultimate year of study, this one's for you. You'll work with us for 2 months and get to know everything we do. First, kick off with a bootcamp, where we'll prepare you to jump into work at Revolut with workshops, lectures, and practical exercises to develop your skills. After a successful preparation, we'll launch you into on-the-job training. At this stage, you'll be face-to-face with tough challenges, problem-solving, and tasks to own. Top-performing interns will be offered graduate roles for the following year, with exciting opportunities to relocate to one of our international hubs. What you will be doing: Depending on the department you join, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Becoming a financial technology market expert for marketing, product, and developer audiences. Tracking and analysing competitive positioning and product performance on a global scale. Identifying market gaps and key product initiatives that drive mass adoption of Revolut across all markets. Defining initial product propositions and go-to-market strategies for new expansion markets in collaboration with Expansion and Territories teams. Optimising product and onboarding flows to enhance the customer experience. Researching and proposing new features to ensure a seamless customer journey. Helping manage vendor relationships and contributing to the development of performance tracking systems. Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and participating in deal-making processes. Contributing to feature development efforts that are vital to delivering the best possible experience to Revolut customers. Learning from industry leaders and participating in weekly meetings to stay aligned with team priorities. Managing project tasks, tracking progress, and communicating key outcomes. Sharing updates about your work with our diverse global teams. Attending regular performance reviews to receive feedback and guide your professional development.
