About the role
Operations managers work with different teams within Revolut, supporting every area of the business by planning and organising all internal processes, and ensuring that issues are solved quickly and innovatively. These Revoluters are responsible for ensuring that all parts of a production process come together to deliver the highest quality of product or service. A conduit between different departments, they are instrumental in providing important feedback and communication that enables better cross-functional cooperation. In many cases, operations managers will be responsible for ensuring that the final outputs meet strictly defined quality standards. While some Operations roles are highly specialised, most managers are generalists, valuing breadth over depth of skills. Problem-solving, an ability to handle ambiguity, organisation, and stakeholder management are the foundational skills required to be a successful operations manager. They're encouraged to form strong relationships across the whole company, in order to better enable seamless cross-functional collaboration, as their roles are likely to cross paths with all parts of the business, internal and external. Through these relationships, managers are able to understand all aspects of the business in order to drive and oversee the quality of outputs.
