Position Summary: 

Must possess a thorough knowledge of the mechanics, electronics, and electrical functions of gaming machines. Electronic/mechanical troubleshooting and use of electronic test equipment experience required (ex: board testers, Blue Wave Device). Trouble-shoot and repair slot machines. 


This position is based out of our Lebanon, New Hampshire location, but will require travel between all five of Revo’s New Hampshire locations: Dover, Lebanon, Conway, Manchester, and Keene.


 

Essential Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for fostering a fun environment.
  • Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
  • Interacts with HHR Operations personnel and Guests while repairing HHR machine functions 
  • Work on special projects as assigned 
  • Assist in maintaining an adequate stock of parts necessary for repairs 
  • Perform preventative maintenance: clean, inspect, adjust, and test various machine parts
  • Perform floor maintenance: troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions and system problems as they occur during a gaming day
  • Assist customers with questions and concerns regarding HHR machines 
  • Provide answers and explanations, and rectify problems as appropriate
  • Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Install, convert, and modify machine and related equipment as instructed by the HHR Tech Manager
  • Remain educated in all aspects of HHR repair for current and new gaming equipment.
  • Assists with the implementation of new products and modifications to the casino floor plan.
  • Responsible for the repair/maintenance of HHR machines and other associated equipment
  • Reviews the mix of revenue share and daily fee games to identify and implement optimal selection and cost reduction opportunities.
  • Reviews and analyzes monthly HHR product financial reports for opportunities to replace existing products or relocate products to optimize HHR machine performance and revenue.
  • Assists with developing and implementing HHR analysis procedures to monitor HHR machine performance.
  • Monitors customer satisfaction regarding HHR product/placement and makes recommendations for change.
  • Maintains preventive maintenance schedule for HHR machines and related equipment.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal building, fire, and regulatory codes.
  • Assists with making capital recommendations regarding HHR machines and related equipment capital purchases.
  • Identifies compliance risks and takes actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Position Qualifications: 

  • Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); One to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendors.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift and mobility to move easily around entire property.
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand, walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The team members frequently are required to talk or listen. The team member is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
  • Must be able to travel to different properties in New Hampshire as needed. Overnight may be requested at times.

 

 

Physical Requirements: 

Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels, maybe exposed to secondhand smoke except and varied light levels, including flashing lights. Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.
