Job Title: Revit MEP Modeler – Plumbing & Fire Fighting
Location: Ambernath
Experience: 3–5 Years
Software: Revit MEP (Plumbing)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Modeler (Plumbing & Fire Fighting) to join our engineering team at Ambernath. The candidate should have strong experience in BIM modeling, preparation of layouts, and coordination with other MEP services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems using Revit.
Prepare water supply, drainage, storm water, and fire-fighting layouts.
Generate shop drawings, sleeve drawings, and coordination drawings from BIM models.
Extract BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from Revit models.
Coordinate with HVAC, Electrical, and Structural teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain BIM standards as per company and project requirements.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
Experience in Plumbing and Fire Fighting system modeling.
Knowledge of MEP coordination and shop drawings.
Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering
