Role Description The Revit-BIM-Senior-Part-Time-Trainer will deliver hands-on training sessions on Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to engineering students and early-career professionals. This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi involves designing course content, preparing learning materials, conducting classroom and lab-based sessions, and mentoring learners on practical projects. The trainer will assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and update training modules to reflect current industry practices and software updates. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining training records, collaborating with the academic team to improve curricula, and ensuring that participants gain job-ready skills.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows, including project setup, modeling, documentation, and coordination.
- Experience with architectural, structural, or MEP modeling, and familiarity with relevant building standards and codes.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently.
- Curriculum design and lesson planning skills, including creating exercises, assessments, and project-based learning modules.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.
- Comfort with basic digital tools for content creation, learning management, and classroom administration.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline; industry certifications in Revit/BIM are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple batches or groups, and maintain a learner-centric approach.
