Hiring BIM Electrical Lead / BIM Manager – US Projects (Non-Negotiable)
Not a typical BIM role.
Not coordination-only profiles.
We’re building a next-gen engineering platform where BIM is treated as a system — not just a tool.
Gurgaon (Onsite)
10+ years
What you’ll do:
• Deliver BIM for US-based building projects
• Drive cross-discipline coordination (Arch + Structure + MEPF)
• Ensure high-quality, clash-free digital delivery
MUST-HAVE (Strict Filter):
• Strong hands-on Revit experience
• Proven US project exposure (NEC / NFPA / IBC)
• Experience in building projects (residential / commercial)
No US project experience = not considered
Bonus:
• Navisworks, Dynamo, BIM 360 / ACC
• Automation / parametric exposure
