Role Description The Revit Architect at BINDER will work full time on-site in Meerut, collaborating with design and engineering teams to develop detailed architectural models and drawings in Revit. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating conceptual designs into accurate BIM models, preparing construction documentation, coordinating with structural and MEP disciplines, and ensuring design compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves reviewing and updating models based on client feedback, participating in design reviews, and supporting project managers with accurate technical information and documentation. The Revit Architect will also help improve workflows, maintain model integrity, and contribute to high-quality project delivery within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
- Candidates should possess relevant experience in Software Development and Integration related to BIM workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management capabilities for coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proficiency in Revit and other BIM tools, with experience preparing detailed construction drawings and documentation.
- Understanding of building codes, standards, and best practices in architectural design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and model accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or ongoing pursuit is an advantage.
- Prior experience working on commercial, residential, or institutional projects is beneficial.
