About the role
Responsibilities:
Backend Developer (NestJS + PostgreSQL)
Proficient in NestJS (Node.js framework) to build modular backend APIs
Experience with PostgreSQL for relational data (points, dealer info, redemptions)
Knowledge of authentication, roles & access control
Building microservices or modular architecture (for future scaling)
Integration with 3rd-party APIs (for WhatsApp/SMS, reward catalogue)
Database & DevOps
Experience with PostgreSQL schema design
Firebase/Firestore (if needed for real-time updates)
Basic DevOps skills for deployment on Render, Vercel, or AWS
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, logging, backups, and security protocols
