Careerist is building India’s first structured reverse recruiting ecosystem. We work closely with job seekers to help them land roles through strategy, accountability and personalized guidance.
We are now inviting professionals with prior recruitment experience who are returning to work after a career break to join our team as Job Search Specialists.
About the Role
This is not a recruiter or sales role.
You will act as a career accountability partner for job-seeking clients and guide them throughout their job search journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute personalized job search strategies for assigned clients.
- Identify relevant job opportunities across LinkedIn, Naukri, company career pages, and other job portals.
- Submit quality job applications on behalf of clients.
- Tailor resumes and cover letters based on job descriptions (training will be provided).
- Research recruiters, hiring managers, and decision-makers across target companies.
- Conduct personalized outreach to recruiters and hiring managers through LinkedIn and email to generate interview opportunities.
- Send LinkedIn connection requests, follow-up messages, and networking emails on behalf of clients.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with recruiters and talent acquisition teams.
- Track outreach campaigns, responses, interview schedules, and follow-ups using internal trackers.
- Coordinate with Resume Writers, LinkedIn Specialists, Interview Coaches, and Account Managers.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and ensure all service-level commitments are met.
- Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Mandatory Requirements
• Prior experience in Recruitment / HR / Talent Acquisition / Staffing
• Professionals returning to work after a career break are highly preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Comfortable working remotely
• Highly organized and empathetic in client handling
Compensation
• ₹25,000 -27,000 per month + performance incentives
