🔹 Role Overview:
We are looking for professionals experienced in Reverse Logistics (RMA Process) to manage end-to-end return operations, ensuring accurate tracking, timely resolution, and minimal fallout in network inventory.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Process and track customer/internal return requests (RMAs) in the system
* Validate return eligibility (warranty, serial numbers, STO details)
* Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and repair teams for return shipments
* Investigate and resolve return issues (mismatches, missing parts, incorrect shipments)
* Analyze root causes of fallout and implement corrective actions
* Ensure compliance with company policies and SLAs
* Monitor open RMA reports and ensure timely closure
* Support initiatives like serialized tracking, FWA reporting, and soft PO clearing
* Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting
* Provide after-hours support on a rotational basis
