Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product design process from research and ideation through wireframing, prototyping, and final design
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring our product vision to life
• Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and with engineers during implementation
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products
• Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating your process and outcomes
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong UX/UI design skills with attention to visual aesthetics and interaction details
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions
• Ability to prototype at various fidelities to communicate design concepts
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a startup environment
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)
• Experience designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet)
• Background in user-centered design methodologies
