Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Mumbai is for an Executive Revenue Team Member. The role involves monitoring daily revenue performance, analyzing key metrics, and executing pricing strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy. The team member will collaborate with sales and marketing teams, evaluate market trends, provide recommendations to maximize revenue, and maintain system updates for pricing and reservations. Regular reporting and data analysis are a core part of this role to ensure operational and financial growth for the organization.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Revenue Management, Pricing Strategies, and Financial Analytics
- Experience in Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and using revenue management tools or software
- Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Decision-Making skills
- Organizational Skills, Attention to Detail, and Strategic Thinking
- Advanced Excel and other data visualization tools proficiency
- Experience in the hospitality and tourism industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
