Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Revenue Specialist located in Kolkata. The Revenue Specialist will be responsible for managing revenue cycle processes, analyzing financial data, ensuring accurate billing and accounting, and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue streams. The role requires close collaboration with different teams to efficiently manage financial operations and adhere to organizational goals.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Client acquisition through cold calling and outbound strategies
• Regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle international clients (US, UK, NZ, AUS markets)
• Sell software solutions including CRM, SaaS products, Websites & Applications
• Maintain records and track communication effectively
🎯 Requirements:
• Excellent spoken English communication skills
• Proven experience in selling CRM, SaaS, websites, or application-based solutions
• Strong experience in cold calling & client handling
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in night shift (international process)
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
