We are now expanding our sales team with individuals who are serious about closing deals and driving revenue.
Your Role
Your primary responsibility is simple:
👉 Start conversations and close deals with companies hiring for social media roles.
You will:
- Identify companies actively hiring for social media roles (strong buying signal)
- Reach out to decision-makers via LinkedIn
- Use ChatGPT to craft high-converting, relevant messages with the goal of getting the Prospect on a Zoom Call
- Book qualified sales calls and/or close deals
- Follow up consistently when needed
👉 Your focus is not activity—it’s results: conversations, meetings, and closed deals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (written + verbal)
- Confidence speaking with decision-makers on calls
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable using digital tools and AI (especially ChatGPT)
- Ability to work independently and stay consistent daily
- Sales experience is a plus—but execution and hunger matter more
Performance Expectations
We are building a performance-focused team.
- First 30 days:
- You are expected to close at least 1 deal (onboarding phase)
- Ongoing target:
- 1–2 deals per month
