We are looking for a highly disciplined and execution-focused FP&A Analyst to independently own Sales financial reporting, budgeting, CAC tracking, incentive calculations, and projection maintenance.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role requiring strong Excel modelling skills, financial accuracy, and structured reporting discipline. This is not a strategy role. The focus is precision, governance, and execution.



Responsibilitie

sAnnual Budget & AOP Suppor

  • tPrepare and maintain Annual Sales Budget and AOP sheet
  • sAllocate budgets across regions, cost heads, and headcount plan
  • sMaintain structured and stable financial template

sMonthly MIS & Cost Governanc

  • eDeliver monthly Sales MIS within defined timeline
  • sTrack revenue vs target and cost vs budge
  • tMaintain regional performance tracker
  • sEnsure complete reconciliation with source dat

aCAC & Cost Trackin

  • gCalculate and publish monthly CA
  • CMaintain fixed vs variable cost clarit
  • yFlag ≥5% deviations from planned benchmark
  • sMaintain supporting documentatio

nIncentive Governanc

  • eExecute monthly incentive calculations (associate + manager level
