About the Role
We are looking for well-networked individuals — not freshers, not job-seekers — who can independently bring in business for Espiratia's training and edtech programs. You bring the relationships and closing ability; we provide the product, brand, content, sales collateral, and post-sale delivery. The more you close, the more you earn — with no cap.
This is ideal for ex-corporate L&D professionals, education consultants, ex-edtech sales leaders, freelance trainers, university liaison professionals, or anyone with a strong rolodex of HR heads, L&D heads, principals, deans, training managers, or working professionals.
What You'll Do
- Identify and close B2B clients — corporates (HR / L&D / CHRO), universities, colleges, schools, government bodies, and CSR arms — for Espiratia's training programs.
- Identify and close B2C clients — working professionals, students, teachers, parents, and individuals — for Espiratia's open-enrolment programs (incl. Train the Teacher).
- Pitch the Espiratia product suite (resilience training, EQ/AQ/SQ/FQ programs, teacher training, corporate L&D modules) to your network.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal, negotiation, closure, and payment collection.
- Coordinate with the Espiratia delivery team for smooth program execution post-closure.
Who We're Looking For
- Strong existing network in either corporate (HR, L&D, CHROs, training heads) or academia (deans, directors, principals, university registrars, CSR heads) — a deep network on one side is more valuable than a shallow network on both.
- Proven track record of closing deals — B2B, B2C, or both.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working without daily supervision or a fixed paycheck.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
