About the role:We're hiring a RevOps owner to bring rigor and visibility to our revenue engine. You'll own CRM architecture, pipeline reporting, forecasting, GTM tooling, and the data plumbing that connects sales, marketing, and CS. You'll be the source of truth for revenue metrics and the system-designer who keeps the funnel humming.
Responsibilities:- Own the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) - objects, pipelines, automations, data hygiene
- Build dashboards for pipeline, conversion, forecast, and rep performance
- Design and maintain lead routing, scoring, and SLA workflows
- Manage the GTM tech stack (CRM, enrichment, engagement, attribution)
- Partner with sales leadership on quota planning, territory design, and capacity modeling
- Build reporting for board and leadership reviews
- Identify funnel leaks and operational bottlenecks with data
Must-have skills:- 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep CRM proficiency - HubSpot or Salesforce admin-level
- SQL - comfortable writing joins and aggregations independently
- Dashboarding - Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, or HubSpot/Salesforce reports
- Familiarity with GTM tools - Apollo, Outreach, Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit
- Strong spreadsheet modeling (forecasts, capacity, attainment)
- Process design thinking - can map a funnel and find the leaks
Nice-to-have:- Salesforce or HubSpot admin certification
- Experience with attribution models and marketing automation (Marketo, Customer.io)
- Exposure to PLG or hybrid SaaS motions
