The Role
We are looking for a Revenue Marketing Associate to help build a consistent pipeline of enterprise conversations for Capers.
This is not a traditional brand marketing role. Your focus will be to identify target companies, run outreach campaigns, and generate qualified meetings for our corporate wellness and leadership programs.
You will work closely with the founders and sales leadership to build structured outreach campaigns targeting HR leaders, CHROs, L&D heads, and corporate leadership teams.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn enterprise outreach, B2B marketing, and pipeline creation in a fast-growing startup environment.
What You Will Own
Research and build target account lists across large enterprises, GCCs, and fast-growing companies
Run outbound outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and event follow-ups
Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting HR leaders and corporate decision makers
Help convert leadership insights, workshops, and programs into marketing assets and outreach messaging
Track top-of-funnel metrics such as:
- Companies contacted
- Response rates
- Meetings booked
- Pipeline opportunities created
Support marketing efforts around corporate events, leadership programs, and team engagement initiatives
Continuously refine messaging based on what resonates with HR and leadership teams
What We Are Looking For
Must-have
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, growth marketing, or inside sales
- Comfortable doing outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Strong research skills to identify target companies and decision makers
- Good written communication and ability to craft clear, professional outreach messages
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
Good to Have
- Experience selling or marketing to HR, L&D, or leadership teams
- Exposure to corporate training, HR consulting, events, or wellness programs
- Experience using tools like:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- HubSpot or CRM systems
- Interest in corporate culture, leadership development, and employee engagement
