Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Revenue Manager, located in Kochi. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for optimizing revenue streams by analyzing data, preparing revenue reports, and adjusting pricing strategies to maximize hotel profitability. The role involves designing and implementing revenue management strategies, forecasting demand, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure revenue growth. Additionally, the Revenue Manager will focus on making data-driven decisions to enhance overall business performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
- Experience in Finance and Accounting to analyze financial performance and support informed decision-making.
- Proven expertise in organizing and managing resources for effective revenue forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry, especially within luxury hotels, is preferred.
