Connekt Homes is a Mumbai-based short-term rental company focused on creating a true home away from home experience for our guests. We manage a growing portfolio of properties across Mumbai—from Khar to Bandra West—and are building a team that values great hospitality and seamless operations.
🏢 Role: Revenue Manager
đź“Ť Location: Mumbai (Work from office)
đź“… Start Date: Immediate (candidates who can join right away will be preferred)
We’re looking for someone who is sharp, detail-oriented, and self-driven—someone who enjoys taking ownership and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
âś… IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Holds a graduate degree (Hospitality background is an advantage)
Has prior experience in hospitality (short-term rentals/co-living preferred)
Communicates clearly and confidently in English
Can efficiently juggle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Takes initiative and works independently when required
Is comfortable guiding a team and overseeing daily activities
Handles guest concerns calmly and resolves issues in a timely manner
đź“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are executed efficiently
Manage end-to-end guest interactions from booking to checkout
Carry out property visits and inspections to maintain service quality
Monitor stock levels and ensure all guest essentials are in place
Collaborate with different teams and external partners for smooth functioning
Keep records updated and ensure adherence to required regulations
