About the RoleZipp Hotels is looking for a skilled Revenue Manager to lead pricing strategy and maximize revenue performance across our growing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical expertise, deep OTA knowledge, and a proven track record in optimizing occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement effective revenue and pricing strategies to maximize hotel profitability
• Manage and optimize OTA platforms and channel distribution
• Monitor and improve Occupancy, ADR & RevPAR performance
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Forecast demand and manage inventory and dynamic pricing
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Analyze reports and provide data-driven insights for growth
• Manage revenue-related P&L performance
Requirements✔ 5+ years experience in Revenue Management within Hospitality / Travel
✔ Strong knowledge of OTA platforms, channel managers & RMS tools
✔ Experience with pricing strategy and demand forecasting
✔ Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
✔ Strong understanding of ADR, RevPAR, and Occupancy metrics
