Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Revenue Manager based in Noida. The Revenue Manager will oversee revenue recognition processes, analyze competition and rate shop using tools and manage OTAs content, pricing and inventory to increaee Revenue. Responsibilities include developing and implementing revenue management strategies, monitoring key performance indicators, preparing weekly monthly revenue reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize hotels ranking on OTAs and revenue performance. The candidate will ensure market research done as per hotel location and provide actionable recommendations to enhance profitability and growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Revenue Recognition and Revenue Management to ensure accurate handling of OTAs and B2B platforms.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide insights for revenue growth strategies.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex financial tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Proven track record of generating high revenue from OTAs using strategies and tactics on OTAs and analysis is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management is must with relevant industry experience.
