We’re Hiring: Revenue Manager | Orivista
We don’t need someone who only “monitors pricing.”
We need someone who can drive occupancy, push ADR, improve RevPAR, and make every villa earn better.
Orivista manages a growing portfolio of 52+luxury villas in Bali, and we’re looking for a sharp Revenue Manager who understands hospitality numbers, OTA performance, demand patterns, and dynamic pricing.
What you’ll own:
• Villa pricing strategy
• Occupancy growth
• ADR & RevPAR improvement
• OTA performance across Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.
• Promotions, gap filling, and revenue forecasting
• Weekly revenue reporting and action plans
You should have:
• 3–4+ years in hospitality revenue management
• Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills
• Experience with OTAs and multi-property pricing
• Strong commercial thinking, not just reporting skills
• Hotel, villa, resort, or serviced apartment experience preferred
Location: Hybrid / Remote from Bhubaneswar office
Business: Luxury villa management, Bali
