Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Revenue Manager, based in Bhubaneswar. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends, optimizing pricing strategies, and managing revenue to maximize profitability for OriVista’s villa portfolio. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with villa owners, monitoring competitor performance, generating data-driven reports, and identifying new opportunities for revenue growth. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and operational teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Revenue Management, Pricing Strategies, and Data Analysis
- Proficiency in Competitive Market Analysis and Forecasting
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Communication
- Knowledge of Hospitality Industry Trends and Operations
- Prostate Proficiency with Analytics Tools and Revenue Management Software
- Exceptional Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Relevant experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
