Key Responsibilities
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR
- Monitor and adjust rates across OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate tie‑ups
- Prepare accurate demand forecasts and revenue projections
- Analyze booking patterns, competitor pricing, and market trends
- Manage inventory allocation to avoid overbooking/underutilization
- Build strong relationships with OTAs and third‑party platforms
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align strategies
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and numerical skills (Excel, revenue management systems)
- Knowledge of CRS, PMS, and Channel Managers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to market changes
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management within hospitality (preferably resorts)
