Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Revenue Manager role based in North Goa. The Revenue Manager will oversee pricing strategies, room inventory, and distribution channels to maximize revenue and profitability across the property. Daily responsibilities include analyzing demand trends, monitoring competitor rates, preparing revenue forecasts, and adjusting pricing and availability accordingly. The role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and front office teams to align revenue strategies with occupancy goals and guest segments. The Revenue Manager will also review performance reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance overall revenue performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition skills to optimize pricing, inventory, and revenue reporting.
- Candidates should possess Finance and Accounting skills to understand hotel financial statements, budgeting, and cost control.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in hotel revenue systems, channel managers, and PMS/CRS platforms.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in hotel revenue management or a similar hospitality role.
