Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven RevOps / Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales processes, revenue operations, CRM governance, forecasting, and pipeline management for Celoxis. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HubSpot, revenue reporting, lead lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize revenue operations, sales processes, and pipeline governance.
- Own CRM administration, workflows, automation, reporting, and data hygiene in HubSpot.
- Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline tracking, forecasting, conversion metrics, and revenue analytics.
- Design and optimize lead lifecycle, lead routing, scoring models, and SLA management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success teams to improve funnel efficiency and conversion.
- Support GTM planning, territory management, forecasting, and operational reporting.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot, marketing automation, and reporting platforms.
- Ensure accurate reporting for MQL, SQL, ARR, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution.
- Drive operational scalability and automation initiatives across the revenue organization.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, routing, and CRM governance.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with dashboarding and forecasting expertise.
- Knowledge of pipeline analytics, attribution models, and revenue reporting.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo or HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology companies preferred.
- Experience working in Saas company must
- Exposure to global sales and marketing operations across US, APAC, or EMEA markets preferred.
- HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Google Analytics certifications are a plus.
