Role Description
The Revenue Management Specialist will develop, implement, and monitor strategies to optimize hotel revenue and profitability. Key responsibilities include forecasting demand, analyzing market trends, managing pricing strategies, and maintaining relationships with sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi, requiring close collaboration with the hotel management team to ensure effective financial planning and business strategy execution.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Revenue Management and financial analysis
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
- Experience in sales and a good understanding of market dynamics
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for revenue management
- Prior work experience in hospitality or revenue management roles is advantageous
