Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical, commercially driven, and leadership-oriented Revenue Management Specialist to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across our portfolio of luxury properties.
This role requires a strong understanding of hospitality trends, demand forecasting, OTA management, sales operations, and revenue optimization strategies. The candidate will also lead a small team, ensure operational efficiency, monitor sales performance, and work directly with the founders to drive business growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Pricing Strategy
* Monitor booking trends, occupancy patterns, market demand, and competitor pricing
* Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
* Optimize inventory allocation across direct and third-party booking channels
* Recommend promotional offers, seasonal packages, and rate plans based on market trends
Team Management & Leadership
* Lead and manage a team of 3–4 team members across sales and revenue operations
* Monitor team productivity, call quality, lead management, and overall performance
* Conduct daily and weekly review meetings to ensure targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
* Provide regular training, guidance, and process improvements to enhance team efficiency
* Ensure smooth coordination between sales, reservations, operations, and customer support teams
CRM & Sales Monitoring
* Regularly monitor CRM systems to ensure proper lead tracking, follow-ups, and booking updates
* Review sales calls, conversion rates, response times, and customer interactions to maintain service quality
* Ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and converted effectively
* Track daily sales performance and maintain accurate reporting systems
Reporting & Founder Coordination
* Work closely with the founders and leadership team on revenue planning and operational strategy
* Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering team performance, occupancy, revenue, and sales metrics
* Present insights, forecasts, and recommendations to improve overall business performance
* Maintain high levels of accountability, transparency, and operational discipline within the team
OTA & Distribution Management
* Manage OTA extranets including Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, and other platforms
* Ensure pricing, availability, content, and promotions are updated accurately across all channels
* Work closely with channel managers and PMS systems to maintain operational efficiency
Performance Analysis & Forecasting
* Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
* Forecast occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue performance across properties
* Identify opportunities for growth through data-driven insights and recommendations
* Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership and management reviews

Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* 2–5 years of experience in revenue management, hospitality, travel, or short-term rentals preferred
* Prior experience in team handling and performance management preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of BI tools and CRM systems is a plus
* Familiarity with PMS systems, channel managers, and OTA extranets
* Understanding of RevPAR, ADR, occupancy forecasting, pricing strategy, and sales operations
* Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
* Commercial mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
