Geekynd is currently building its global client acquisition engine, and we are looking for a Head of Global Business Development who can drive international revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact revenue leadership role responsible for building Geekynd’s global client base from the ground up.
The Head of Global Business Development will lead international sales efforts, establish partnerships, and drive recurring revenue from international markets such as:
• United States
• United Kingdom
• Australia
• Canada
This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience selling outsourcing, BPO, IT services, or remote staffing solutions to global clients and who may already have an existing network of potential clients or industry connections.
You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and have the opportunity to build and lead a sales and lead generation team.
Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Client Acquisition
• Identify and acquire international clients for Geekynd’s outsourcing and remote staffing services
• Build a strong sales pipeline across global markets
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and client negotiations
• Close recurring outsourcing contracts with startups, agencies, and SMBs
Revenue Growth
• Drive monthly recurring revenue growth through international client acquisition
• Develop strategies to scale Geekynd’s revenue pipeline
• Meet and exceed defined sales targets
Strategic Partnerships
• Build partnerships with:
• digital marketing agencies
• SaaS companies
• ecommerce brands
• consulting firms
• Develop white-label outsourcing partnerships where agencies use Geekynd as their backend team
Sales Process Ownership
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle:
Lead generation → qualification → sales calls → proposal → contract closure
• Create proposals, pricing structures, and partnership models
• Ensure smooth transition of clients from sales to operations
Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of lead generation interns and sales support staff
• Build scalable outbound sales strategies
• Design outreach campaigns using LinkedIn and email
Market Expansion
• Identify new international markets and industry segments
• Track outsourcing trends and competitor offerings
• Provide insights to leadership on growth opportunities
Candidate RequirementsExperience
• Minimum 5–10 years experience in international business development or B2B sales
• Experience selling services such as:
• outsourcing
• BPO services
• IT services
• remote staffing
• agency services
• Experience working with clients in US, UK, Australia, or other global markets
Existing Network (Highly Preferred)
Candidates with an existing network of potential clients will be strongly preferred.
Ideal connections include:
• digital marketing agencies
• SaaS startups
• ecommerce brands
• consulting firms
• service-based businesses
Candidates who can bring warm introductions or early client opportunities will have a strong advantage.
Sales & Negotiation Skills
• Proven ability to close high-value B2B deals
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deals
Tools & Sales Systems
Experience using tools such as:
• CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• outbound email tools
• sales pipeline management systems
Performance ExpectationsFirst 90 Days
• Build a strong international sales pipeline
• Conduct multiple discovery meetings with potential clients
• Close initial outsourcing contracts
Long-Term Goals
• Build Geekynd’s international client portfolio
• Establish recurring revenue streams
• Scale the global business development team
Compensation Structure
We offer a performance-driven compensation structure designed to reward revenue generation.
Base Salary
₹60,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (depending on experience)
Commission
10% – 15% recurring commission on deals closed.
Example:
Client contract: $4000/month
Commission: $400–$600 recurring monthly income
High performers can significantly increase earnings through commissions.
